According to Decision No. 1256/QD-UBND announcing the dissolution of the Ha Nam Province Construction Inspection Branch (under the Ha Nam Province Department of Construction), the Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee will withdraw the seal of the Ha Nam Province Construction Inspection Branch to the responsible agency for management according to regulations.
The Director of the Department of Construction of Ha Nam province will be responsible for coordinating with relevant agencies and units and directing specialized and professional units under the Department to hand over and receive functions and tasks.
From there, arrange and assign civil servants, employees, records, documents, financial processing, facilities, equipment... of the Ha Nam Province Construction Appraisal Branch to units under the Department according to the provisions of law.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The People's Committee of Ha Nam province also abolishes Decision No. 915/QD-UBND dated June 24, 2016 on the establishment of the Construction Inspection Branch of Ha Nam province.
