According to Decision No. 1999/QD-UBND dated April 17, 2026, the Chairman of Hanoi City People's Committee appointed Mr. Phan Van Phuc (born in 1975), Deputy Director in charge of Hanoi City Public Administrative Service Center, to hold the position of Director of Hanoi City Public Administrative Service Center, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Truong Viet Dung requested the City Public Administration Service Center to continue to firmly guide reform, focusing on building a non-administrative service model, creating maximum convenience for people and businesses.
Not only stopping at improving processes, the City Public Administration Service Center needs to consider the necessity of each administrative procedure, thereby proposing to cut inappropriate procedures; minimize paper files, improve processing efficiency in the digital environment. The Center needs to proactively participate in improving the investment environment, contributing to promoting economic growth of the Capital by reducing costs and procedure implementation time for businesses" - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee clearly stated.
In addition, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Truong Viet Dung requested the collective of the City Public Administrative Service Center to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity, associated with practical efficiency.
Speaking to receive the assignment, the new Director of the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center Phan Van Phuc said that he will inherit the achieved results, and together with the collective continue to improve the quality of service to people and businesses, promote the application of technology, improve processes and strictly implement administrative discipline and order.
