The Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee has decided to establish the Hai Phong Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board on the basis of merging the Hai Phong Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Agricultural and Rural Development Construction Investment Project Management Board. Mr. Dao Sy Ngoc - Deputy General Director of the Hai Phong Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, was appointed as General Director of the Hai Phong Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The Hai Phong Civil and Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board was established on the basis of merging the Hai Phong Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board and economic zones and industrial parks. Accordingly, Mr. Tran Ngoc Trung, Deputy Director of the Hai Phong Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board, was appointed as Director of the Hai Phong Civil and Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board. The decisions take effect from March 1, 2025.
Also according to the decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee, Mr. Chu Ngoc Ha, Chairman of Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Company Limited, was appointed to the position of Director of the Planning Institute under the Department of Construction, with a term of appointment of 5 years, from March 1, 2025. At the same time, Mr. Pham Duc Hanh, Head of the Construction Management Department under the Department of Construction, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chairman of Hai Phong Housing Management and Business Company Limited, with a term of appointment of 5 years, from March 1, 2025.
On the same day, Do Son District held a conference to present the decisions of the District Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work. Accordingly, Ms. Luong Thi Trang Nhung, Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, holds the position of Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Mr. Luong Huu Tuan, Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, was transferred and assigned to work at the District Party Committee's Inspection Department, to introduce the election of additional members of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee and elected to hold the position of Chairman of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee, term 2020-2025.
Ms. Bui Thi Kim Chi, President of the Do Son District Women's Union, participated in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and held the position of Secretary of the Hop Duc Ward Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025. Ms. Phan Thi Phuong, Head of the District's Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, came to work at the District Women's Union to introduce the election of additional members to the Standing Committee and elected to hold the position of President of the Do Son District Women's Union, term 2021 - 2026.
Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Trang, member of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the Hop Duc Ward Party Committee, ceased to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Hop Duc Ward Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term to be transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee.
