Accordingly, Hai Phong City added 2 plots of land to bid for investment projects using land in the area in the 2025-2026 period, including: land for the construction of social housing projects in Hoa Binh ward (Thuy Nguyen city), area of 16 hectares and land for the construction of An Kieu Kindergarten project in Dang Lam ward (Hai An district), 0.27ha wide.
The City People's Council also approved the adjustment of the list of land plots to be auctioned for investment projects using land in the area in the period of 2025-2026.
In particular, 13 land plots will be bid for investment projects using land according to the provisions of Point a, Clause 1, Article 126 of the Land Law; 10 land plots will be bid for investment projects using land according to the provisions of Point b, Clause 1, Article 126 of the Land Law. The main content of the adjustment is the names of land plots, locations, and agencies responsible for adjusting administrative boundaries after the arrangement.
Particularly for the land area implementing the urban area investment project in Trang Cat ward, the agency responsible for implementation will be adjusted from the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board to the Hai An District People's Committee.
The Hai Phong City People's Council assigned the Hai Phong City People's Committee to review and specifically determine the scope, boundary, land use area, objectives, and scale of the project to ensure compliance with planning before implementing investment and bidding processes, procedures, and procedures according to regulations.
