At the conference, leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on reorganizing the West Hai Phong Construction Investment Project Management Board into the Hai Phong Agricultural and Rural Development Construction Investment Project Management Board. At the same time, announced decisions on the leadership work of the Board.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Anh Son, Deputy Director of the West Hai Phong Construction Investment Project Management Board, was appointed to hold the position of Director of the Hai Phong Agricultural and Rural Development Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee also signed a decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Bui Quang Hoang, Deputy General Director of Hai Phong Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Board; Mr. Le Anh Tuan, Deputy Director in charge of Tay Hai Phong Construction Investment Project Management Board and Mr. Pham Si Tuan, Head of Planning - General Department of Tay Hai Phong Construction Investment Project Management Board, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Board. The term of appointment is 5 years.
Presenting the decision and flowers to congratulate, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Van Quan acknowledged the contributions of officials in the past time. The Vice Chairman emphasized that the reorganization of the Project Management Board is an important step to streamline the apparatus, improve the efficiency of management of agricultural and rural development projects. The new leadership team of the Management Board quickly stabilized the organization, immediately started working, especially on key projects being implemented, ensuring progress and quality of works in accordance with the "6 clear" motto.
