Hai Phong has a new Director of the City Police

    Hai Phong - The Minister of Public Security has just handed over the decision to appoint Colonel Bui Quang Binh to the position of Director of Hai Phong City Police.

    On June 28, in Hanoi, General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security - presented the decision to appoint Colonel Bui Quang Binh - Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police - to hold the position of Director of Hai Phong City Police after the merger. The decision takes effect from July 1.

    Colonel Bui Quang Binh (47 years old, from Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province) graduated from the People's Security Academy in 2002, worked for 14 years at the Economic Security Department, Quang Ninh Provincial Police (PA04) and 4 years as Chief of Dam Ha District Police, Quang Ninh province.

    On April 27, 2020, he was appointed Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police. In March 2022, he was transferred to work and appointed to the position of Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police.
