On November 10, the People's Council of Cao Bang province, term XVII, 2021 - 2026, held the 37th Session (special session) to review and decide on many important contents under its authority.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Be Thanh Tinh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and Ms. Ha Nhat Le, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
At the session, the Provincial People's Council elected Mr. Nguyen Anh Que - Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Ms. Ly Thi Hue - Director of the Department of Home Affairs as members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term.
Delegates listened, discussed and gave opinions on many important contents such as adjusting and supplementing public investment capital; regulating the collection, payment and management of a number of fees and charges; ensuring funding for supervision activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and People's Inspectorate at the commune level.
Based on democratic discussion, the Provincial People's Council voted to pass 11 resolutions, including contents related to amending and supplementing regulations on the anniversary of the "For the cause of building and developing Cao Bang province", the fee collection level in the fields of land, environment, water resources, construction, and business registration.

Adjust the public investment plan for 2025; decide on the number of labor contracts in the education sector; and the policy of changing forest use purposes in 2025.
In his closing speech, Chairman of the People's Council of Be Thanh Tinh province requested the Provincial People's Committee and all levels and sectors to focus on drastically implementing the passed resolutions; speeding up the disbursement of public investment.
Direct to speed up the process of handling procedures to promptly implement the Na Dai - Lung Lieng Border Resettlement Project and similar projects in 2025.
Planning and developing a new land price list according to the 2024 Land Law; striving for GRDP growth in 2025 to reach 8%, contributing to sustainable development of the local socio-economy.
