On February 17, according to information from the Supreme People's Procuracy, this agency has just announced the Conclusion of the planned inspection at the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province.
At the headquarters of the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province, the Inspection Team of the Supreme People's Procuracy led by Ms. Mai Thi Nam - Chief Inspector of the Supreme People's Procuracy - announced the Inspection Conclusion No. 15/KL-VKSTC dated February 6, 2025 of the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the inspection conclusion according to the plan at the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province.
Participating in the announcement of the inspection conclusion were Director of Phu Yen Provincial People's Procuracy - Pham Trung Thuan, Director of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Procuracy - Le Trung Hung (Director of Phu Yen Provincial People's Procuracy during the inspection period from December 1, 2021 to May 31, 2024), Deputy Directors of Phu Yen Provincial People's Procuracy, Heads of Provincial People's Procuracy Department, Heads of District People's Procuracy Departments and mass organizations of Phu Yen Provincial People's Procuracy.
Inspection Conclusion No. 15/KL-VKSTC shows that during the inspection period, the two-level People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province achieved many results in its work.
However, the inspection conclusion also pointed out that there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies in the implementation of tasks. The inspection conclusion accordingly requires the Director of the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province to strictly implement the content of the Inspection Conclusion.
Ms. Mai Thi Nam - Chief Inspector of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Head of the Inspection Team - requested the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province to strictly implement the Inspection Conclusion of the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy and report the results of the implementation of the Inspection Conclusion to the Supreme People's Procuracy; conduct the Public disclosure in accordance with regulations.
Director of the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province - Pham Trung Thuan, on behalf of the unit, agreed with the contents stated in the Inspection Conclusion and seriously accepted and implemented in accordance with regulations.
