Expelled from the Party former Vice Chairman of a district in Tuyen Quang
At the 58th session, the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee considered disciplining Mr. Nong Minh Hien - former Vice Chairman of Son Duong District People's Committee.
When he was no longer Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Duong district and was assigned other tasks, Mr. Hien intentionally signed without proper authority and against regulations on 46 fake land use right certificates issued to a number of people in Son Nam commune.
At the end of September 2024, Mr. Nong Minh Hien was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months in prison by the People's Court of Tuyen Quang province.
Pursuant to Party regulations, the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee decided to take disciplinary action by expelling Mr. Nong Minh Hien from the Party.
At the meeting, the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee also considered disciplinary action against Mr. Pham Van Luong - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee (former Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Duong District).
During his tenure as Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Duong District, Mr. Luong violated Party regulations and State laws in performing his assigned duties and tasks. He violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do.
Considering the content and nature, the Tuyen Quang Party Committee decided to discipline Mr. Pham Van Luong with a reprimand. At the same time, it agreed to propose to the competent authority to remove him from the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term according to his personal wishes.
Disciplinary warning Director of Department of Planning and Investment of Phu Yen province
On October 23, the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee announced that it had met and considered disciplining Mr. Vo Dinh Tien - Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Phu Yen province in the form of a Warning.
Accordingly, during his tenure as a member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee and Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Hoa District (now Dong Hoa Town), Mr. Vo Dinh Tien violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do, assigned duties and responsibilities; was directly responsible for signing a number of decisions allowing households and individuals to change land use purposes in violation of legal regulations.
Bac Lieu proposes to discipline 6 officials under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee
On October 22, the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission officially announced the 27th session. At this session, the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed the review results report; reviewed and proposed disciplinary action against 1 Party organization and 6 Party members who are officials and former officials under the management of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee.
Considering the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of the violation, based on Party regulations, the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has proposed that competent authorities consider and discipline 1 Party organization and 6 Party members who are officials and former officials under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also reviewed the inspection results report and considered the responsibilities of 1 Party organization and 8 Party members who are officials and former officials under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Considering the inspection results when there were signs of violations against a former Party member under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in the management and use of funds, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission concluded that the Party member had violated to the extent that disciplinary action must be taken; requesting the competent Party Committee to direct the organization of a review, consider the responsibility of related organizations and individuals and correct shortcomings and violations.
