Disciplinary warning for Deputy Director of Binh Thuan Land Registration Office
On October 8, the Inspection Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee announced that it had decided to discipline Mr. Truong Quang Anh Tu, Party Cell Member, Deputy Director of the Provincial Land Registration Office (former Party Cell Secretary, former Director of the Ham Thuan Nam District Land Registration Office Branch).
Mr. Truong Quang Anh Tu signed to confirm the eligibility to grant Land Use Rights Certificates (pink books) to 6 households with a total area of more than 30 hectares of land, which is not in accordance with the provisions of the 2013 Land Law on origin and land users.
Mr. Tu's violations have caused serious consequences, reducing the prestige of himself and the Party organization, the agency where the Party member lives and works, so the decision was made to discipline him in the form of a warning.
Bac Giang Chairman Le Anh Duong was disciplined
On October 7, the Prime Minister issued a decision on disciplinary action against Mr. Le Anh Duong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province.
The decision clearly states that Mr. Le Anh Duong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province, will be disciplined in the form of a warning due to violations and shortcomings in his work and has been subject to Party discipline.
On October 8, the People's Council of Bac Giang province voted and passed a resolution on dismissing Mr. Le Anh Duong from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province.
Disciplinary action against Secretary of District Party Committee, Chairman of People's Committee of Thoi Binh District, Ca Mau
The Standing Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee has just issued a disciplinary decision against the Standing Committee of the Thoi Binh District Party Committee (term 2020-2025). On October 7, the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission said it had considered disciplinary action and proposed that competent authorities take disciplinary action against a number of party members holding leadership and management positions.
