Mr. Luu Quang Huy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Ha Hoa District Party Committee, former Head of the Hung Temple Construction Investment Project Management Board, Phu Tho Province, has degraded in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; seriously violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks, in preventing and combating corruption and negativity; violated the Regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, public outrage, and very bad influence on the reputation of the Party organization and the agency and unit.
Based on the content, nature, level, consequences, and cause of the violation; according to the Party's regulations on disciplining violating Party members, the Secretariat decided to impose the disciplinary measure of expelling Mr. Luu Quang Huy from the Party.
