Trucks over 10 tons prohibited from entering Ring Road 3 elevated

Hanoi bans trucks from circulating on Ring Road 3, the section from Thang Long bridge to the intersection of National Highway 5 (old) and vice versa, from now until 0:00 on January 5.

Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced the adjustment of traffic organization, prohibiting trucks with a total weight of over 10 tons from circulating on Ring Road 3 elevated section from Thang Long bridge to the intersection of National Highway 5 (old) and vice versa.

The ban time is from 12:00 on January 4th to 0:00 on January 5th.

The traffic regulation and diversion plan is as follows:

1. Direction of Thang Long Avenue to Phap Van expressway and vice versa

From Lang - Hoa Lac intersection (Thang Long Avenue) → National Highway 21A → National Highway 1A → Provincial road 494 → Liem Tuyen intersection (Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway) and vice versa.

2. Direction of Phap Van expressway to expressway 5B, National Highway 5 (old), Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway and vice versa

From Liem Tuyen intersection → National Highway 21B → provincial road 499 → Thai Binh - Hung Yen expressway intersection → Thai Binh - Hung Yen expressway → Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway at Yen My intersection → Ring Road 3 intersection - HN - HP expressway and vice versa.

3. Direction of expressway 5B (Hanoi - Hai Phong), Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway QL5A to QL32 and vice versa

On-site traffic diversion: Expressway intersection 5B → old QL5 intersection → QL5 → overpass Nguyen Van Cu intersection → Ly Son → Truong Sa → Hoang Sa → Vo Van Kiet → Thang Long bridge → Mai Dich intersection → Ho Tung Mau (QL32).

Long-distance traffic diversion: Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway → National Highway 18 → National Highway 2 → Vo Van Kiet → Thang Long bridge → Ho Tung Mau (National Highway32).

4. National Highway 32 direction to Thang Long Avenue, Thang Long Bridge, National Highway 5, Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, Hanoi - Bac Giang

Go to Thang Long Avenue: QL32 → QL21A or provincial road 419 or provincial road 421 or provincial road 422 or provincial road 70 (vehicles have 5 route options for traffic).

Go to Thang Long bridge, National Highway 5, Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, Hanoi - Bac Giang: From National Highway 32 intersection Vinh Thinh bridge → Vinh Thinh bridge → National Highway 2C → National Highway 2A → National Highway 23 → Provincial Road 23 → Hoang Sa → Truong Sa → Ly Son → National Highway 5.

5. Direction vehicles from Hanoi - Lao Cai expressway, National Highway 2, National Highway 2A, National Highway 2B, National Highway 2C to Thang Long Avenue, National Highway 32 or to Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway, National Highway 5, Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway and vice versa

Direction to Thang Long Avenue, National Highway 32: Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway (intersection IC4, IC3) → National Highway 2, National Highway 2A → Vinh Thinh bridge → National Highway 32.

Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway → National Highway 2 → Vo Van Kiet → Thang Long bridge → Ring Road 3 to go to Thang Long Avenue, National Highway 32.

Directions for Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway, National Highway 5, Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway: Hanoi - Lao Cai expressway → National Highway 2 → Vo Van Kiet or Vo Nguyen Giap → National Highway 18 → Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway.

Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway → National Highway 2 → Vo Van Kiet or Vo Nguyen Giap → Hoang Sa → Truong Sa → Ly Son → Old National Highway 5.
