Typical examples include ensuring domestic gasoline and oil supply and prices; the risk of food insecurity; extreme weather causing damage in many localities; lack of public schools, especially high schools in Hanoi.

In particular, voters are concerned and worried about the increased workload at the commune level after the arrangement of the apparatus, but the regime and policies are not commensurate; many obstacles in implementing administrative procedures, accessing public services; online fraud, theft of personal data continue to cause concern...

The report also shows that in March and April, National Assembly agencies and National Assembly delegations (NA deputies) received and processed 3, 249 complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections from citizens.
