At the conference, the leaders of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Ngo Hoai Linh - Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Van Ban District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, from September 10, 2024.
Speaking to congratulate the Deputy Secretary of Van Ban District Party Committee, Mr. Vu Xuan Cuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee emphasized that this is both an honor and a great responsibility. Therefore, Mr. Ngo Hoai Linh needs to promote his capacity and sense of responsibility to unite with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Van Ban District Party Committee to successfully complete the assigned political tasks.
On the same day, Van Ban District People's Council held the 18th Session (session to resolve arising work).
At the meeting, Mr. Ngo Hoai Linh, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, was introduced to be elected as Chairman of the People's Committee of Van Ban district for the 2021-2026 term with 100% of the votes of confidence.
It is known that Mr. Ngo Hoai Linh was born in 1987, has a bachelor's degree in Civil and Industrial Construction, a master's degree in Economic Management, a master's degree in Civil and Industrial Construction Engineering, and a senior political theorist; and has held the position of Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.
In addition to Van Ban, Lao Cai currently has Mr. Nguyen Trong Huan - Chairman of Muong Khuong District People's Committee, Mr. Ha Duc Minh - Secretary of Si Ma Cai District Party Committee and Mr. Dang Cong Hai - Chairman of Bac Ha District People's Committee, recently appointed, all born in 1987.
Previously, on August 2, Mr. Vu Hong Phuong - Chairman of Van Ban District People's Committee was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of Propaganda of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.
