On the afternoon of September 21, Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.
Accordingly, Mr. Bui Ngoc Hung - Deputy Chief of Office of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee resigned from the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, was transferred to work at the Yen Binh Commune Party Committee; appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Yen Binh Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
Also in the afternoon of September 21, Yen Binh Commune People's Council, term II, 2026 - 2031, held the 6th Session (specialized session), considering and deciding on a number of contents on personnel work.
At the meeting, the Yen Binh Commune People's Council voted to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Duy Khiem - former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the Commune People's Committee from his duties as a delegate of the Commune People's Council of term II, term 2026 - 2031, due to being assigned a new task at the Research and Policy Advisory Board for the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Based on the personnel introduced, Yen Binh Commune People's Council proceeded to elect Mr. Bui Ngoc Hung to hold the position of Chairman of the Commune People's Committee with a 100% vote rate.
Previously, the Standing Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee transferred Mr. Ha Duc Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union to hold the position of Secretary of Gia Hoi Commune Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
Mr. Dong Manh Linh - Deputy Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union was transferred to work at the Party Committee of Chan Thinh commune, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune and elected Chairman of the People's Committee of Chan Thinh commune.
Mr. Pham Binh Minh - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lao Cai province was transferred to work at the Party Committee of Ta Van commune, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune and elected Chairman of the People's Committee of Ta Van commune.
