At the Conference, National Assembly deputies in the Delegation democratically discussed and highly agreed with the personnel plan introduced by the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee. The election was conducted by secret ballot, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
The vote counting results showed that 100% of NA deputies in the Delegation unanimously elected Ms. Giang Thi Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province to hold the position of Head of the 16th National Assembly Delegation of Lao Cai province.
Mr. Sung A Lenh - Deputy Head of the Specialized Delegation in charge of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Lao Cai province, term XV, holds the position of Deputy Head of the Specialized Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Lao Cai province, term XVI.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Ms. Giang Thi Dung thanked the confidence and trust of the National Assembly deputies in the Delegation; and affirmed that she will join the collective of the Lao Cai Provincial National Assembly Delegation to unite, be responsible, and complete all tasks well, contributing to the success of the 16th National Assembly term.
According to the program, tomorrow morning (April 6), the first session of the 16th National Assembly will officially open at Dien Hong Hall, National Assembly House and is expected to close on April 23.
