The official ceremony will take place on the morning of April 30 at Le Duan Street (District 1) and central areas of Ho Chi Minh City, jointly organized by the Central Executive Committee of the Party, National Assembly, President, Government, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Ho Chi Minh City.
The program includes flag-raising ceremony, speeches by Party and State leaders, speeches by representatives of veterans and the young generation, and special art performances.
The highlight of the celebration is the parade and monumental parade with the participation of more than 13,000 people, including 35 blocks of the armed forces chaired by the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security. Ho Chi Minh City also proposed additional Vietnamese blocks abroad to participate in the parade.
The ceremony will also have 21 series of cannons on the nationality of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the welcome flight of the Air Force and the parade of the 50 -year symbolic model of reunification of the country ...

Before the ceremony, Ho Chi Minh City will organize an incense offering and flower offering ceremony to commemorate the heroic martyrs on April 29 at many locations such as: Ho Chi Minh City Martyrs' Cemetery; City Cemetery (Lac Canh); Ben Duoc Memorial Temple; Cu Chi District Martyrs' Cemetery; Ho Chi Minh City Political Cemetery (Cu Chi District); National Historical Site of Nga Ba Giong (Hoc Mon District).
The incense offering and flower offering ceremony to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and President Ton Duc Thang will also take place on April 29 at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City branch, Ton Duc Thang Museum and President Ho Chi Minh Monument Park on Nguyen Hue Street.
In addition, Ho Chi Minh City will organize programs to pay tribute to the families of martyrs, meritorious people, veterans, former youth volunteers and those who participated in the General Offensive and Uprising in the Spring of 1975.
Ho Chi Minh City will launch a patriotic emulation movement, organize seminars on the achievements of 50 years of building and developing Ho Chi Minh City, as well as activities to summarize 50 years of literature and art since the day of national reunification.
At the same time, the city will inaugurate or start construction of a number of projects to celebrate this important event.
The highlight of the event series is the fireworks display on the evening of April 30. The 37th Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup bicycle race - 2025 with the theme " Non Song Tu Bat Giam" will also take place at noon on the same day.
