The Government Inspectorate has just issued a Report on the results of handling and responding to voters' recommendations sent before the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly.
In particular, voters and people propose to strengthen inspection, examination, investigation, and final handling of serious and complicated corruption, waste, and negativity cases and incidents that are of public interest.
Responding to this issue, the Government Inspectorate said that in the coming time, the Government will continue to direct the Government Inspectorate and the inspection sector to step up inspections according to the 2025 Inspection Plan, focusing on inspecting state management work in important sectors and fields of public interest and public opinion's interest and conducting surprise inspections; inspecting topics, especially topics on projects with difficulties and problems and topics on preventing and combating waste in the management and use of real estate in agencies, organizations and state-owned enterprises;
Notably, the inspection agency said that it will focus on inspecting the contents of land management and use, resources, minerals; planning and implementation of construction planning; construction investment; equitization, divestment of state-owned enterprises; bidding, procurement of public assets; finance, banking; credit, real estate lending, bonds, securities.
Previously, the entire industry completed a wide-ranging inspection of 2 topics on public services and construction planning nationwide.
The Government Inspectorate has organized a number of complex, large-scale inspections that have attracted public attention, such as: Inspection of compliance with the law on the issuance of corporate bonds; thematic inspection on management of rare earth, von fram and bauxite ore exploitation; Inspection of management and exploitation of common construction material mines.
In particular, the inspection tasks for the two projects to build the second facility of Bach Mai Hospital and Viet Duc Hospital in Ha Nam have been successfully completed.
Based on information provided by the Government Inspectorate, on June 2, 2025, the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency issued a Decision to prosecute the Criminal Court for Violations of regulations on management and use of State assets causing loss and waste at the Ministry of Health and related units. The inspection results have been highly appreciated by the Steering Committee, General Secretary, Prime Minister and public opinion.
