Varying prices of construction materials affect the progress of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project
Due to the scarcity of sand and stone, the price of construction materials fluctuated greatly, affecting the progress of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project.
The Binh Duong Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board is focusing on speeding up the construction progress of 11.4 km of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 component 5 project through the old Binh Duong province. The current difficulty is that the source of materials for construction packages has not yet reached the foot of the project.
Regarding sand for roadbed construction, the total demand for component project 5 is 0.7 million m3, but the supply capacity from existing mines is only 0.4 million m3, a shortage of 0.3 million m3. According to the Report of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the Western provinces have granted exploitation licenses for 13/16 mines to supply the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project. Units are coordinating to ensure enough sand is needed to bring to the project.
This year, sand will continue to be collected from Binh Hoa Phuoc 2 mines, Chanh An - Vinh Long mines, Vam Cat Thia - Tien Giang mines and sand from Cambodia. See more...
People come to confirm income from buying social housing but the company does not resolve it
The Ministry of Construction Information Portal posted Ms. P.H's opinion as follows: I am applying to buy social housing and am currently an employee with a labor contract at the company.
My income at the company is under 15 million VND/month. But when I asked to confirm form 05 of the income certificate, the company did not confirm it to me because the company did not know whether I would still have income elsewhere in addition to my income from the company?
May I ask, is there any law that requires the company to confirm that employees have labor contracts? If the company still does not confirm me, which agency should I meet and work with to resolve the issue?

Inspecting a series of urban projects with signs of slow progress in Thai Nguyen
On August 3, information from the Thai Nguyen Provincial Inspectorate said that this unit is conducting a thematic inspection of 18 residential, housing and urban area projects with signs of being behind schedule and arising legal problems in the area.
The inspection list includes 18 projects of 16 investors. Some notable enterprises include:
1. Kosy Joint Stock Company with Gia Sang Urban Area Project (now Gia Sang Ward);
2. Picenza Vietnam Joint Stock Company with the European Quarter Project on the Cau River bank (now Linh Son ward).
