On August 3, information from the Thai Nguyen Provincial Inspectorate said that this unit is conducting a thematic inspection of 18 residential, housing and urban area projects with signs of being behind schedule and arising legal problems in the area.
Mr. Tran Van Hau - Chief Inspector of Thai Nguyen province said that the inspection was carried out according to the plan of the Government Inspectorate and the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.
The goal is to clarify the causes of the shortcomings and problems of each project, thereby proposing solutions to remove and handle responsibilities (if any).
This inspection focuses on compliance with the law in the fields of investment, construction, land, environment, finance and tax.
The inspection content covers the entire project implementation process from the time of proposal until July 1, 2025.
The inspection period is 30 days from the date of announcement of the decision (1.8) and the scope can be expanded if necessary.

The inspection list includes 18 projects of 16 investors. Some notable enterprises include:
1. Kosy Joint Stock Company with Gia Sang Urban Area Project (now Gia Sang Ward);
2. Picenza Vietnam Joint Stock Company with the European Quarter Project on the Cau River bank (now Linh Son ward).
3. BCD Group Joint Stock Company with 2 projects in Dai Phuc commune and Dong Hy commune.
4. Truong Thuan Phat Real Estate Joint Stock Company with the Green House social housing project in Tich Luong ward.
5. Binh Minh Phat Investment Joint Stock Company with the Workers' Housing Project, Social Housing in Tich Luong Ward.
In addition, there are also projects of Viet Dung Company Limited, Hoang Mat, Tu Son Forestry Processing, Tan Dai Viet, Ha Phat, 668, Tan Duc, Yen Binh, Van Phuc Viet and Tien Hoa.
The inspection not only helps review problems but also find solutions, support investors to complete projects, and effectively use land and resources.
