At the conference, decisions on personnel work were announced. Accordingly, Ms. Le Thi Hong Ket - Deputy Secretary of the Long An Provincial Youth Union - was transferred to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Long An province, appointed to the position of Deputy Director of this Department for a term of 5 years.
Transfer Ms. Ho Thi Ngoc Lan - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Long An province - to the People's Council of Long An province to wait for work arrangement. Mr. Le Thanh Dong - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Long An province - was transferred to work at Kien Tuong Town Party Committee and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of Kien Tuong Town Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Mr. Nguyen Van Vu - Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Kien Tuong Town - stopped participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, was dismissed from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of the Town and transferred to work at the People's Council of Long An Province.
The above decisions take effect from February 17.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Long An province - acknowledged and highly appreciated the reception and transfer of cadres, and emphasized that this is in line with the spirit of Resolution 18 on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system in the direction of streamlining, effective and efficient operation.
Mr. Duoc requested that personnel assigned to important tasks in the locality and the new agency need to quickly approach the work, get acquainted with the working environment and strive to complete the assigned tasks well.
