On the evening of September 12, at Nghe An - Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Museum, Nghe An province solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 995th anniversary of Nghe An's name (1030 - 2025), 95 years of Xo Viet Nghe Tinh (12.9.9.1930 - 12.9.2025), welcoming the Certificate of status as a special national monument "Sites marking the Xo Viet Tinh Movement (1930 1931) in Nghe An" and launching the "Lau So Tu" night experience show.

Attending the ceremony, the Central leaders included comrades: Nguyen Sinh Hung - former Politburo member, former National Assembly Chairman; Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister; Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission; Nguyen Quang Duc - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Hoang Dao Cuong - Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; and representatives of the leaders of ministries, branches and central units.
Delegates from Military Region 4 and Ha Tinh province include: Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4, Nguyen Duy Lam - Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee; Tran The Dung - Permanent Deputy Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee.
The delegates of Nghe An province include comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with revolutionary veterans, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; leaders of provincial departments, branches, and units.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh affirmed: for nearly 10 centuries, under the name Nghe An, this land has witnessed and participated in every step of the nation's transformation.
Over the past 995 years, we have preserved and created, nurtured and crystallized the noble cultural and spiritual values. The title Nghe An is not only associated with the cultural and revolutionary tradition but is also a symbol of the will and aspiration to rise up. In particular, the Soviet Nghe Tinh movement of 1930 - 1931 was the "first general exercise", paving the way for the victory of the August 1945 Revolution.
He emphasized: Proud of the past, we are more deeply aware of our responsibility for the present and the future. Promoting the glorious tradition, Nghe An is determined to unite, be creative, strive to successfully complete development goals, realize President Ho Chi Minh's wish, and turn Nghe An into a province of the whole country".

In his congratulatory speech, Deputy Minister of Culture - Sports and Tourism Hoang Dao Cuong suggested that Nghe An continue to plan, invest, renovate and promote the value of historical - cultural relics, especially the complex of Xo Viet Nghe Tinh relics.
At the same time, it is necessary to coordinate with Ha Tinh to collect, research, build scientific records, expand the relic system, and train a team of professional staff to effectively serve the work of welcoming and introducing to people and domestic and international tourists.

On the occasion of the 995th anniversary of Nghe An title (1030-2025), 95 years of the Soviet Union of Nghe Tinh (12.9.30 12.12.12.2025), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with L'Heritage Group launched the "Loi Xo viet" night experience show.
This is a professional cultural industrial product, applying the first 4.0 technology in Nghe An and the Central region to honor and help the audience deeply understand the great historical values of the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement.

The highlight was the grand 3D Mapping performance, combining music art and laser lighting, recreating the Soviet style of 1930-1930.

The program will initially open every Saturday, a new night destination in Nghe An; bringing a meaningful, emotional and modern cultural experience to people and tourists.
