Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Home Affairs conducts public consultation on individuals proposed for consideration of awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter".
Accordingly, the Central Emulation and Reward Committee received Document No. 593/TTr-BKHDT of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration, and awarded the title of "National Emulation Fighter" to Mr. Nguyen Duc Canh - Deputy Director in charge of the Department, Planning Management Department, Ministry of Planning and Investment.
In order to have a basis before reporting to the Standing Committee of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, on February 17, 2025, the Central Emulation and Reward Committee issued Official Letter No. 305/BTDKT-P.I requesting the Ministry of Home Affairs to collect public opinions within 10 working days on the proposal to consider awarding the title of "National Emulation Fighter" to Mr. Nguyen Duc Canh.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that the people's comments on awarding the title of National Emulation Fighter to the above individuals should be sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs Information Center, address: No. 8 Ton That Thuyet Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi or the Central Emulation and Reward Board, address: No. 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
