According to the Prime Minister, the socio-economic infrastructure projects and works that were started and inaugurated in the past and at today's ceremony have demonstrated the thinking, vision and aspiration to "reach far to the great ocean, go deep into the ground and fly high into the universe" of the people and people of Vietnam.
