At the meeting, delegates listened to the submission on introducing delegates to run for Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council of the XV term, term 2026-2031 for Mr. Nguyen Hong Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, delegate of the Provincial People's Council term 2026-2031.
As a result, Mr. Nguyen Hong Duong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee - was elected to the position of Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council, term XV, 2026-2031, with 100% of the delegates present voting in favor.
The meeting also implemented the procedure for additional election of the position of Member of the Provincial People's Committee. Mr. Bui Manh Hung - Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Department of Health - was elected to the position of Member of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee with 100% of the delegates present voting in favor.
