On March 2nd, the Executive Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the cadre work process for electing the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. The conference was chaired by Mr. Dang Xuan Phong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Ninh Binh Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
At the conference, Mr. Dang Xuan Phong said that, implementing the official dispatch of the Party Central Committee Office announcing the opinions of the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee on introducing personnel to elect the Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee organized a conference to deploy personnel work procedures in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Central Government.
Ninh Binh Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to strictly and thoroughly implement procedures and processes on personnel work, ensuring synchronicity, democracy, objectivity, publicity, transparency and compliance with regulations.
The conference then proceeded to elect the Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030. With 100% of the votes of confidence, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - was trusted by the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to be elected to hold the position of Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.
Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Dang Xuan Phong assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to advise on completing procedures, reporting to the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee to approve the election results, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
