Mr. Trinh Viet Hung was born on October 1, 1977, hometown Hai Duong province (old) now Ninh Giang commune (Hai Phong), with a doctorate in Business Administration.
Before holding the position of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Secretary for the 2025 - 2030 term, Mr. Hung held the following positions: Permanent Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee; Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee; Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
