    Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son was assigned to be the Head of the National Steering Committee on ODA and preferential loans.

    Member of the Politburo and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 249/QD-TTg on consolidating the National Steering Committee on ODA and preferential loans.

    Accordingly, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son is the Head of the Steering Committee for former Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang.

    Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Duc Chi is a member of the Steering Committee former Deputy Minister of Finance Vo Thanh Hung.

    Deputy Chairman of the Government Office Nguyen Sy Hiep is a member of the Steering Committee on behalf of Deputy Chairman of the Government Office Do Ngoc Huynh.

    The decision stated that the other members of the Steering Committee in Decision No. 248/QD-TTg dated March 26, 2024 of the Prime Minister on the consolidation of the National Steering Committee on ODA and preferential loans unchanged .
