The Prime Minister has just signed Decision No. 967/QD-TTg dated September 12, 2024 assigning Government members to preside over working with localities on the situation of production, business, construction investment and import and export in the area.
The Prime Minister assigned the tasks of Government members to preside over working with localities on the situation and solutions to promote production and business, public investment, infrastructure construction, import and export, remove difficulties in social housing, real estate market, discipline, administrative discipline... and other emerging issues in the area as follows:
Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government chaired the working session with 2 localities: Hai Phong and Quang Ninh.
Mr. Do Duc Duy, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment chaired the working session with 3 localities: Hai Duong, Lai Chau, Dien Bien.
Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh, Minister of Justice chaired the working session with 2 localities: Binh Phuoc and Tay Ninh.
Duties and powers of Government members assigned to preside over working with localities:
Firstly, develop a plan, organize a working group with localities; report the results to the Prime Minister and send them to the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
Second, directly direct the handling of difficulties and problems in assigned localities according to authority; report to the Prime Minister (and send to the Ministry of Planning and Investment for synthesis) on issues beyond authority.
Third, request localities to report, provide information and data, assign staff to coordinate implementation and resolve problems of that locality.
Fourth, perform other tasks that members of the Government have the authority to do and under the direction of the Prime Minister.
