On August 4, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, Head of Steering Committee 751, worked with the Standing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee on removing difficulties and obstacles for projects in the province.
According to statistics, Dong Nai province still has nearly 260 projects with difficulties and problems that need to be resolved with a scale of 18,111 hectares, with a total investment of over 106,240 billion VND.
At the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh suggested that Dong Nai must identify the implementation of removing difficulties and obstacles for backlog projects in the province as a particularly important political task, which is also a common task for localities nationwide.
Dong Nai must ensure the implementation of the roadmap for resolution in accordance with the direction of the Central Government.
In handling and resolving, there must be a clear classification of projects such as: Projects with inspection conclusions; projects that need to be inspected and examined; projects that are only wrong in procedures, problems in law, no violations of the law... to make specific, feasible, appropriate proposals, solutions to avoid loss and waste; especially in resolving and handling problems, absolutely do not legalize violations, do not let new negativity and violations arise.
In addition, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh requested Dong Nai to continue reviewing whether there are any projects facing difficulties and obstacles to synthesize, have effective handling and resolution plans and finalise them in 2025.
