Mr. Phan Dinh Trac, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission attended and gave a speech.
Also attending the Congress were Mr. Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Nai Province; Standing Committee, Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary of 94 communes and wards, and 200 official delegates representing more than 2,200 members of the Xuan Loc Commune Party Committee.
The Xuan Loc Commune Party Congress was selected by the Standing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee to organize a commune-level party congress for the 2025-2030 term.
At the Congress, delegates discussed and voted to approve the main implementation targets on Party building, socio-economics, national defense and security, social order and safety set by the Xuan Loc Commune Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Speaking at the Congress, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac praised the results that Xuan Loc has achieved in the 2020-2025 term. At the same time, he emphasized that Xuan Loc with a large area, large population, relatively synchronous socio-economic infrastructure, along with key traffic routes passing through the area, has all the conditions to rise up and develop, soon becoming a new growth pole of Dong Nai province in the near future.
In addition, Xuan Loc also has a tradition of steadfast revolution, a heroic "land of fire", where the spirit of solidarity, diligence, and creativity in labor and production of the Party Committee, government, and people of the locality is concentrated.
In the new term, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac suggested that the Xuan Loc Commune Party Committee focus on implementing a number of key task groups. In which, thoroughly and deeply grasp the position, functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure, working relationships, and methods of operation of the commune-level Party Committee in the new period.
Promoting solidarity, unity, and endogenous strength is the core foundation and driving force to turn potential into reality, develop sustainably, and build a strong and prosperous Spring; Proposing that Spring Spring needs to develop the economy in the direction of prioritizing tourism and service development, focusing on completing and effectively exploiting key projects with their own nuances, in order to create new momentum for tourism and urban appearance in the coming term.
