According to the report of the representative of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Congress (term 2025 - 2020) is expected to take place for 3 days, from September 30 to October 2 at the Center for Culture - Cinema and Tourism Promotion of Ha Tinh province.
Regarding delegates, there were 400 official delegates attending the Congress, with delegates attending about 200 people.
The theme of the Congress: Building a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the tradition of solidarity, cultural values, people and high-quality human resources of Ha Tinh; innovation, comprehensive, rapid and sustainable development.

Regarding the general goal: Building a clean and strong Party and political system; building Ha Tinh with industry, agriculture, development services; a synchronous, gradually modern infrastructure system; proactively adapting to climate change, protecting the environment;
Promote high-quality cultural and human values and human resources; promote digital transformation, expand foreign affairs, strengthen national defense and security; constantly improve the material and spiritual life and health of the people.
Regarding personnel plans: The Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee's personnel include 55 comrades, the list of personnel expected to introduce 61 comrades, out of 6/55 comrades. Of which, 37 comrades were re-elected, 18 comrades participated for the first time.
Age: Under 42 years old, there are 4/61 comrades, a rate of 6.56%; from 42 to 52 years old, there are 33/61 comrades, a rate of 54. 10%; over 52 years old, there are 24/61 comrades, a rate of 39.34%.
The number of female cadres introduced to join the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XX, is 10/61 comrades, accounting for 16.39% (guaranteed by regulations).
Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee personnel: Including 15 comrades, list of personnel introducing 17 comrades, balance 2/15 comrades, rate 13.33%. Of which, 11 comrades were re-elected, introducing 4 comrades to participate for the first time.
Age: Under 42 years old 1/17 comrades, rate 5.88%; from 42 - 52 years old, there are 8/17 comrades, rate 47.06%; over 52 years old, there are 8/17 comrades, rate 47.06%. Female ratio: 2/17 comrades, ratio of 11.76%.
At the press conference, some reporters and journalists were interested in and asked about the regulations for working at the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Congress, Mr. Ha Van Hung - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee affirmed that, inheriting the success of the previous Congress, the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Congress has proactively arranged working rooms for the press, proactively providing timely information and documents for the press to publish, contributing to the success of the Congress.
Immediately after the Congress, a press conference will be held, with a quick report on the results of the Congress, creating conditions for reporters and journalists to interview the Provincial Party Secretary on major tasks, solutions and orientations on Party building, leadership and direction of socio-economic development for the 2025 - 2030 term.
