After merging the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee have focused on leading, directing, and issuing many important documents to prepare well for the organization of the Congress.
Including the decision to complete the subcommittees for content and organization to serve the Congress; propaganda plan; allocation of the number of delegates; decision to appoint 340 delegates from 68 affiliated party committees; approving the list of Presidium, Secretariat, Delegation of Delegation status Inspection Committee...
The subcommittees have also urgently developed plans, assigned specific tasks, and ensured that the organization of the Congress is thoughtful, solemn, safe, and economical.
Complete party congresses at all levels on schedule
As of June 30, 2025, all 460/460 Party cells and grassroots Party Committees have completed the 2025 - 2030 term congress, reaching a rate of 100%. For the newly established grassroots Party cells and Party Committees after July 1, 2025, by July 31, 264/264 units had completed the congress.
For the party committees at the grassroots level, by August 10, 2025, 68/68 units had completed organizing the congress, exceeding the schedule prescribed by the Central Government (31.8.2025).
The organization of party congresses at all levels in Khanh Hoa has been carried out seriously, in accordance with regulations, ensuring progress.
The content and program of the congress were carefully prepared; personnel work was carried out democratically and objectively; logistics, security, decoration, and propaganda work were implemented synchronously and effectively.

The first Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress will focus on discussing two main contents according to Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo.
That is the Summary of the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term; determining the direction, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term.
Discuss and contribute opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
Notably, this Congress did not hold a new election for the Party Committee and the delegation to the 14th National Congress. The Politburo will appoint the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary, the Inspection Committee and related positions, and appoint delegates to the 14th National Party Congress.
