    Ha Tinh - The whole province will reorganize 209 commune-level units to 69 units. Of which, 2 border communes in Huong Son district did not implement the arrangement.

    Currently, localities in Ha Tinh are organizing to collect public opinions on the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units.

    According to the plan proposed by this province, out of all 209 commune-level units, there will be an increase of 69 units, reducing 140 commune-level units.

    In particular, the whole province only has Son Kim 1 and Son Kim 2 communes that do not implement the arrangement (maintain the commune).

    The reason these two localities do not have to reorganize is because Son Kim 1 commune has an area of 223.21 km2 (reaching 223.31% of the regulations) and a population of 5,782 people (reaching 115.64% of the regulations).

    Son Kim 2 commune has an area of 208.46 km2 (reaching 208.46% of the regulations), population of 5,123 people (reaching 102.46% of the regulations).

    Implementing the arrangement, Huong Son district will increase from 22 commune-level administrative units to 9 units.

    With the arrangement plan of Ha Tinh province, this locality will have 69 commune-level administrative units including: Ha Tinh city has 3 wards: Thanh Sen, Tran Phu, Ha Huy Tap and the communes: Thach Lac, Dong Tien, Thach Khe, Cam Binh.

    Ky Anh town has the wards: Song Tri, Hai Ninh, Hoanh Son, Vung Ang.

    Hong Linh town has Bac Hong Linh ward and Nam Hong Linh ward.

    Ky Anh district has the communes of Phuong Giai, Ky Anh, Ky Hoa, Ky Van, Ky Khang, Ky Lac, Vong Son.

    Cam Xuyen district has the communes: Cam Xuyen, Thien Cam, Cam Due, Cam Hung, Cam Lac, Cam Trung, Yen Hoa.

    Thach Ha district has the communes: Thach Ha, Toan Luu, Phu Viet, Dong Kinh, Thach Xuan, Loc Ha, Hong Loc, Mai Phu.

    Can Loc district has the communes of Can Loc, Tung Loc, Gia Hanh, Truong Luu, Xuan Loc, Dong Loc.

    Nghi Xuan district has the communes of Tien Dien, Nghi Xuan, Co Dam, Dan Hai.

    Duc Tho district has the communes of Duc Tho, Duc Dong, Duc Quang, Duc Thinh, Duc Minh.

    Huong Son district has communes: Huong Son, Son Tay, Tu My, Son Giang, Son Tien, Son Hong, Kim Hoa, Son Kim 1, Son Kim 2.

    Vu Quang district has the communes of Vu Quang, Mai Hoa, Thuong Duc.

    Huong Khe district has the communes of Huong Khe, Huong Pho, Huong Do, Ha Linh, Huong Binh, Phuc Trach, Huong Xuan.
