On August 5, the 1st Tu Minh Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030, held an official session. With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Development", the Congress aims to build Tu Minh into a modern, civilized and sustainable industrial park by 2030.
The Congress took place in the context that the locality is implementing the reorganization of the two-level government apparatus. The ward Party Committee determined the general goal of continuing to strongly innovate leadership methods, promote the strength of great solidarity, promote digital transformation, and maximize potential and advantages for sustainable development.
Many important indicators are set out such as: budget revenue exceeds the plan assigned by the city, by 2030, there will be 20 enterprises/1,000 people, 100% of annual public investment capital will be disbursed, there will be no more poor households, 100% of schools will meet national standards, over 95% of households will achieve cultural titles each year...
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Le Trung Kien - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Management Board of Hai Phong City Economic Zone, in charge of the Tu Minh Ward Party Committee acknowledged the careful preparation of the Ward Party Committee, and at the same time suggested three major orientations: identifying development goals in the new space in line with the city's planning; innovating governance towards government creation and service; building a clean and strong Party Committee, associated with digital transformation.
The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on appointing the Ward Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 26 comrades, Mr. Nguyen Ta Duan was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Ward Party Committee. The Congress also voted to pass the Resolution for the new term and announced the list of delegates attending the 1st Hai Phong City Party Congress.
