On the morning of July 21, the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Tu Minh Ward (Hai Phong City) held the 1st Congress, term 2025-2030. This is an important event, contributing to the completion of the Party organization model in the context that Tu Minh ward is implementing the transformation according to the two-level local government model.
Attending and giving a speech at the congress, Mr. Vu Cuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tu Minh Ward Party Committee - acknowledged the efforts of all Party members in preparing and organizing the Congress, and emphasized the key role of Party agencies in building a strong political system at the grassroots level.
At the congress, delegates focused on evaluating the results of implementing political tasks in the past term, reviewing the leadership role of Party committees, thereby identifying the goals, directions and key tasks in the 2025-2030 term. In particular, innovating leadership methods, improving consulting, inspection and supervision capacity in accordance with the new management mechanism is a consistent requirement.
The Congress has appointed the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of comrades with sufficient qualities and abilities, to maintain their core political role, and to be the core in the organization and operation of ward Party agencies.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Vu Cuong suggested that the new Party Committee should boldly innovate thinking, improve leadership methods, work more flexibly, resolutely and effectively, to meet the requirements in the transformation period of the local political system.
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Innovation - Development", the 1st Congress of the Party Committees of the Party Agencies of Tu Minh Ward has expressed the determination to build a clean and strong Party Committee, actively contributing to the overall development of the ward in the new period.
