On October 17 and 18, at the TB-1 shooting range in Bac Giang, the Air Defense - Air Force Service organized a live-fire tactical exercise of the air defense force in 2024, with the participation of air defense divisions of the Air Defense - Air Force Service.
According to the Ministry of National Defence's Electronic Information Portal, up to this point, the Air Defense - Air Force has done a good job of preparation, from mobilizing and calibrating equipment, preparing for combat; practicing target capture; coordinating with localities to ensure safety during shooting; completing all preparations for live-fire practice at the TB-1 Shooting Range.
The Command and Organizing Committee of the military exercise have fully prepared the contents and steps to conduct the tactical exercise with live ammunition according to plan, strictly following the regulations, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.
The 2024 air defense tactical exercise with live ammunition aims to comprehensively inspect and evaluate training; combat readiness of air defense units, quality of weapons and equipment; technical assurance work, improving command organization level; combat capability, combat operations of each officer, soldier and coordination of combat crews, especially at night and in complex situations.
Learn from experience and organize training for troops in line with reality and the development direction of modern warfare in the following years.
As planned, the Air Defense - Air Force will organize technical firing and open the 2024 air defense force live-fire tactical exercise on October 18.
