Authorized by the Minister of National Defense, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 5 presented the Decision to transfer Colonel Do Nguyen Hoai - Political Commissar of the Military Command of Dak Nong province to work at the Da Nang Military Command; Lieutenant Colonel Dao Duy Tan - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Dak Nong Provincial Military Command to work at the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Do Nguyen Hoai - Political Commissar of the Dak Nong Provincial Military Command (CHQS) received a working position at the Da Nang City Military Command on behalf of the comrades who were transferred to work, expressing gratitude for the attention of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee, the Ministry of National Defense, the Party Committee, and the Military Region 5 Command.
At the Decision Award Ceremony, Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 5 also acknowledged and commended the contributions of the comrades during their work at the Dak Nong Provincial Military Command.
