At the conference, Mr. Lu Ngoc Binh - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department disseminated Conclusion No. 126-KL/TW dated February 14, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on a number of contents and tasks to continue to reorganize and streamline the apparatus of the political system in 2025; Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the implementation of research and proposal to continue reorganizing the apparatus of the political system; Official Dispatch No. 2639-CV/TU dated March 3, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the implementation of a number of contents according to Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
Official dispatch No. 2639 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee clearly stated: Temporarily suspend the organization of congresses at the commune and district levels (including grassroots party organizations under the district level) until there is direction from the Politburo, the Secretariat and guidance from the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Continue to stop implementing the policy of recruiting cadres and civil servants (including part-time workers in communes, wards and towns); stop appointing and recommending candidates to hold higher positions until a new policy is issued by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Concluding the conference, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van - Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee emphasized that although the Central Government has directed to temporarily suspend the organization of congresses at the commune and district levels, however, the summary and evaluation of an entire term... must still direct the completion of these contents. "We have not yet held a congress, but there will definitely be a form suitable for the commune and district levels. The Standing Committees of districts, towns, city Party Committees, and Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee must thoroughly grasp and direct the commune and district levels to complete two basic contents of the congress document, which is the political report assessing both terms and reviewing the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Party Committee - Ms. Van noted.
Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van also suggested that localities and units review and evaluate the quantity and quality of the commune cadre team in a practical, accurate and objective manner.
