On behalf of the National Assembly Standing Committee, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has just signed and issued Resolution No. 1341/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated December 30, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on transferring the activities of the National Assembly Delegation for Mr. Pham Duc An - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province.
Accordingly, based on the Law on Organization of the National Assembly; Working Regulations of the National Assembly Standing Committee; Decision of the Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of cadres; considering the Submission of the Head of the Delegation Work Committee, on December 24, 2024, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued a Resolution: Mr. Pham Duc An - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province - transferred his activities from the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation to the Quang Ninh Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
This Resolution comes into force from the date of signing and promulgation, i.e. December 30, 2024.
Mr. Pham Duc An - former Chairman of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - was elected by the 14th Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, as Chairman of the 14th Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, term 2021-2026 on December 10, 2024.
Previously, Mr. Vu Dai Thang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee - also transferred his activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Binh province to the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province, from November 29, 2024.
Mr. Vu Dai Thang - former Secretary of Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee - was assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, from October 26, 2024.
