Specifically, by August 14, 100% of the Party Committees at the grassroots level and the Party Committees of communes, wards and special zones successfully organized the congress, exceeding the time limit as directed by the Central Government by 17 days.

The congress documents of the Party Committees are assessed to be of good quality, scientific, concise, focused, and comprehensive, clearly demonstrating the spirit of innovation.
The congresses have spent appropriate time for delegates to speak and discuss, give comments and contribute opinions to the draft documents to be submitted to their local congresses; draft documents to the 14th National Party Congress and Draft Political Report of the 16th Provincial Party Congress.
The basic presentations were carefully prepared with quality, closely following the theme of the Congress and political reports, concise, focusing directly on the issue.
The work of preparing personnel for Party committees, inspection committees and delegates to attend higher-level Party congresses has been carried out in accordance with the principles, processes and regulations of the Party Charter and the Election Regulations within the Party.
Propaganda work before, during and after the congress was carried out synchronously, widely, in many forms; creating a vibrant and positive atmosphere for cadres, party members and the masses; security and order work was guaranteed absolute safety.
Many Party committees have had initiatives to apply information technology and digital technology in the stages of organizing the congress. Thereby encouraging the spirit of innovation and creativity, actively contributing to the success of the congress.
To promote the results of the congress and successfully implement the tasks in the coming time, the Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee requested that Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, fronts, agencies, localities and units quickly organize the implementation of the congress resolution, action program and work program for the entire term, ensuring that the resolution soon comes into life, becoming a driving force for development for each locality as well as the whole province.
