The house fire broke out at around 5:00 p.m. on August 18, on Tan Phuoc Khanh 08 Street, Tan Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial information, at that time, a fire suddenly broke out in a house of hundreds of square meters. Discovering the fire, people shouted to each other to use on-site vehicles to put out the fire but were unsuccessful. As the fire spreads, people have to report it to the authorities.
At the scene, a house of about 200 square meters caught fire. Fearing the fire spreading, people around shouted to move their belongings to a safe area. One of them had to move many alcohol bins away from the fire.
Upon receiving the report, Ho Chi Minh City Police dispatched vehicles and officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire.

According to the leader of Tan Khanh Ward People's Committee, the fire did not cause any human casualties. The fire broke out for about 30 minutes and was extinguished.
The leader of Tan Khanh ward said that he initially determined that this house was used as a production facility. The authorities are determining the cause, damage and handling the scene of the fire.
According to the reporter, the fire occurred in a densely populated area. The house where the fire occurred was covered with corrugated iron. Due to the heat of the fire, the corrugated iron roof collapsed.
At nearly 7:00 p.m., to prevent the fire from breaking out again, 2 excavators were dispatched to the scene to assist. Excavators dug deep into the scene, and police continued to spray water to prevent the fire from breaking out again.
