Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Tung said that in the 9th session, this National Assembly added 10 contents due to the opinions of competent authorities, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions and the Government has completed the dossier.
In total, the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly will have 64 groups of contents on constitution, law, socio-economics and other issues.
The session prioritizes the time for the National Assembly to review and discuss directly related contents at the same time, shortening presentation time, and prioritizing the time for discussing draft laws submitted for approval in the second session - Secretary General of the National Assembly Le Quang Tung said.
According to the expected program, in the opening session tomorrow, the National Assembly will listen to the Prime Minister presenting the additional evaluation report on the results of the implementation of the socio -economic development plan and the State budget in 2024;
The implementation of the socio -economic development plan and the State budget in the first months of 2025 (including reports on the following contents: adjusting the budget estimate in 2025 to arrange at least 3% of the budget for science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation and continue to raise to 2% of GDP in the next 5 years and the implementation of the incurred tasks in 2025, the cost of tuition and the cost of the cost of tuition.
The National Assembly will also listen to the Report on synthesizing opinions and recommendations from voters and people sent to the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly;
Proposal for the National Assembly to consider and decide on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution and Proposal on the establishment of a Committee for drafting amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution;
Submission of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Energy Efficiency and Savings; Submission of the draft Law on Atomic Energy...
In addition, the National Assembly will discuss in groups the proposal to amend and supplement a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; the establishment of a draft committee to amend and supplement a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.
Also at the first working day of the session, the National Assembly is expected to vote through the National Assembly's Resolution on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; At the same time, voting through the National Assembly's Resolution on the establishment of the drafting committee amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.
