Accordingly, the Minister of Public Security, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a report on 2 projects: the Penal Code (amended); the Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies (amended).
The Head of the Supreme People's Procuracy presented the Submission on the draft Criminal Procedure Code (amended).
After listening to the Submission of the above-mentioned draft laws, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Law and Justice Committee presented an appraisal report on 3 projects: Penal Code (amended); Criminal Procedure Code (amended); Law on Organization of Criminal Investigation Agencies (amended).
Also in the morning, the National Assembly spent time discussing in the hall the integration of 4 national target programs into 1 National Target Program:
