According to the resolution of Hai Phong City People's Council, Duong Kinh district will arrange and merge residential groups of Anh Dung ward and Da Phuc ward, Duong Kinh district in 2024.
In Anh Dung ward, the locality merged Tra Khe 3 residential group into Tra Khe residential group. After the merger, Tra Khe 2 residential group had 533 households. At the same time, Phan Dung residential group was established on the basis of merging all households of Phan Dung 1 residential group and Phan Dung residential group. After the establishment, Phan Dung residential group had 531 households.
In Da Phuc ward, Phuc Hai 2 residential group and Phuc Hai 3 residential group merged into Phuc Hai 1 residential group. After the merger, Phuc Hai 1 residential group had 800 households. Phuc Hai 2 residential group was established on the basis of merging all households of Phuc Hai 4 and Phuc Hai 5 residential groups. After the establishment, Phuc Hai 2 residential group had 644 households.
Van Quan residential group was established on the basis of merging all households of Van Quan residential group 1 and Van Quan 2. After the establishment, Van Quan residential group had 556 households. Quang Luan 2 residential group merged into Quang Luan 1 residential group. After the merger, Quang Luan 1 residential group had 559 households. Dong Lam 2 residential group merged into Dong Lam 1 residential group. After the merger, Dong Lam 1 residential group had 639 households.
The locality also established Dong Lam 2 residential group on the basis of merging all households of Dong Lam 3 residential group and Dong Lam 4 residential group. After establishment, Dong Lam 2 residential group has 552 households.
After the arrangement and merger, Anh Dung ward has 7 residential groups; Da Phuc ward has 6 residential groups; Duong Kinh district has 42 residential groups.
The Hai Phong City People's Council assigned the Hai Phong City People's Committee to implement the Resolution; direct the review and timely resolution of policies and regimes for non-professional staff in residential groups, arrange and consolidate security and order teams at the grassroots level to ensure compliance with regulations; arrange and organize the use of cultural institutions to serve the activities of residential groups conveniently, economically and effectively.
