The Thuy Nguyen City Labor Federation was established on the basis of inheriting the apparatus, union officials, grassroots union organizations, union members and workers of the Thuy Nguyen District Labor Federation.
Thuy Nguyen City Labor Federation is under Hai Phong City Labor Federation; manages 259 grassroots unions, of which 150 are administrative and career units, 109 are business units with nearly 11,000 union members.
At the conference, the Thuy Nguyen City Labor Federation summarized the labor movement and union activities in 2024, and deployed tasks for 2025. Accordingly, in 2025, the city's trade unions at all levels strive to achieve and exceed the targets of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade union organizations assigned by the City Labor Federation and the District Party Committee; completing the targets of collecting union finances and the targets of mobilizing the Trade Union Shelter Fund.
The City Labor Federation also set a target of 85% or more of enterprises and non-public service units (where there is a trade union organization) to develop and sign collective labor agreements ensuring the content is in accordance with the provisions of law, of which at least 60% of the agreements are of type B or higher...
On this occasion, many collectives and individuals with achievements in trade union activities and the Thuy Nguyen labor movement were commended and rewarded by trade unions at all levels.
