Accordingly, the whole province has 27 electoral units for provincial-level People's Council deputies and 634 electoral units for commune-level People's Councils. There are 135 deputies running to elect 81 provincial-level People's Council deputies. At the commune level, 3,441 candidates were selected to elect 2,059 deputies.
The Provincial Election Commission assessed that the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in the area took place successfully, in accordance with regulations, ensuring democracy and safety.
The total number of voters in the province's list is 2,350,513 people, of which the voter turnout rate reached 99.91%.
The list of 81 elected delegates of the 11th Provincial People's Council includes many key leaders of the province, representatives of departments, branches, localities and armed forces. Among them are some notable personnel such as Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Le Van Han - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and many leaders of departments, agencies, branches and localities.
In addition, the winning list also includes representatives of socio-political organizations, businesses, armed forces and religions, reflecting diverse structures and components according to regulations.
The announcement of the list of elected delegates is the basis for the 11th Provincial People's Council to soon organize the first session, consolidate the personnel apparatus and deploy socio-economic development tasks in the new term.
