According to the decision of the Standing Committee of Vinh Bao District Party Committee, the Party Committee of Tam Cuong commune, term XXVIII, term 2020-2025, was established on the basis of merging the Party Committees of the communes: Tam Cuong, Co Am, Vinh Tien, including 33 Party cells and 780 Party members; appointing the Party Executive Committee of 37 comrades.
The Vinh Hung Commune Party Committee, term I, 2020-2025, was established on the basis of merging the Party Committees of the communes: Tam Da, Nhan Hoa, Vinh Quang, including 40 Party cells and 946 Party members; appointing the Party Executive Committee of 32 comrades.
The Vinh Hoa Commune Party Committee, term I, 2020-2025, was established on the basis of merging the Party Committees of the communes: Vinh Long, Hiep Hoa, An Hoa, including 31 Party cells and 788 Party members; appointing the Party Executive Committee of 34 comrades.
The Party Committee of Tien Phong commune, term XXVIII, 2020-2025, was established on the basis of merging the Party Committees of the communes: Cong Hien, Vinh Phong, Tien Phong, including 39 Party cells and 725 Party members; appointing the Party Executive Committee of 36 comrades.
The Vinh Hai Commune Party Committee, term I, 2020-2025, was established on the basis of merging the Party Committees of Dong Minh, Thanh Luong, and Hung Nhan communes, including 41 Party cells and 773 Party members; appointing a Party Executive Committee of 36 comrades.
The new commune Party Committees fully perform the functions, tasks and working relationships of the grassroots Party Committees according to the Party Charter. The commune Party Committees officially came into operation from January 1, 2025, ensuring consistent leadership and effectively serving the management and development work in the locality.
