On July 28, information from the Bac Ninh Provincial Inspectorate said that this agency had organized a meeting to announce Decisions No. 330/QD-TTT. NV5 and No. 331/QD-TTT. NV11 on inspecting the management, licensing, and exploitation of minerals for a number of mineral exploitation projects in Bac Ninh province.
Attending the announcement were representatives of leaders and related departments and units of Departments: Finance, Agriculture and Environment; representatives of People's Committees of communes and wards where there are mineral exploitation projects including: Nghia Phuong, Dong Ky, Bao Dai, Kep, Van Ha; representatives of leaders of units that are inspected subjects: Bac Giang Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, Anh Hien Trading and Service Co., Ltd., Green House Architecture and Trading Construction Joint Stock Company, Vu Quan Transport Trading and Service Co., Ltd., Hoang Ha Mineral Exploitation Co., Ltd., Vu Gia BG Mineral Co., Ltd. and members of the Inspection Team.
The content of the inspection will focus on the management, licensing, and mineral exploitation of a number of mineral exploitation projects in the province.
The time limit for direct inspection at the unit is 45 working days, from the date of announcement of the Decision (excluding holidays and public holidays as prescribed).
Mr. Hoang Anh Duc - Deputy Chief Inspector of Bac Ninh province requested the Inspection Team to properly implement the content, authority and scope that have been approved; strictly comply with legal regulations and be responsible to the Chief Inspector of the province for the process of performing tasks.
The inspection needs to ensure the right goals and requirements set out in the spirit of objectivity, transparency, clarifying right and wrong; strictly manage dossiers, documents, and information according to regulations; comply with working regulations, speaking discipline and information security throughout the inspection period.
At the same time, the Deputy Chief Inspector of the province requested business leaders to direct relevant units and departments to closely coordinate with the Inspection Team, unify working methods, create conditions for facilities as well as provide complete dossiers and documents as required to ensure that the inspection is carried out effectively and on schedule.
