The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee received Major General Nguyen Thanh Long (born on August 2, 1978) - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Hanoi City Police - who was seconded to work at the City Party Committee Office, holding the position of Chief of the City Party Committee Office.

Major General Nguyen Thanh Long has worked closely at the City Police since graduating from the People's Security Academy, working as a consultant, and Chief of Nam Tu Liem District Police until he was appointed Deputy Director of the City Police in July 2022.
